In this phase, you’ll be asked to provide details about the commission's specifications. I don’t want to create works that simply look beautiful—I aim to make art that resonates on a deeper level. Art references, examples of other works, pose ideas, lore, even music—all of these are valuable! They help me connect with your brilliant vision, which I can then translate onto the canvas.
I know that money can be an uncomfortable topic, especially during negotiations. That’s why I like to ask about your budget upfront—to make sure the commission doesn’t become a burden. After all, art commissions are a kind of luxury good.
The good news? If I love your idea, I’ll make it look amazing regardless of the budget.
To protect both sides, I use a two-part payment system. This ensures that if, for any reason, either party can’t continue after the sketch phase begins, no one is left at a disadvantage.

The first payment is a small fee—20–30% of the agreed-upon price—made at the end of the Sketch Phase.
The second payment is made upon completion of the final artwork.

Once I see the payment has been processed, it signals me to move on to the next phase.

IMPORTANT: We do not offer refunds. I specifically designed the two-part payment system to avoid difficult situations. While we understand that some clients may find themselves unable to proceed with the remaining payment, we cannot afford to have our time and effort go unpaid.

After gathering all the details and necessary references, I will proceed to sketch out ideas based on the provided data. In this phase, it's important to be open about your likes and dislikes, and I eagerly encourage you to share your feedback. I don't want vague responses like "It's good" or "It can be" — I want enthusiastic reactions like "Yeah that's cool, let's go with that!" I aim to create something that brings more than just momentary pleasure, as long as it's within my abilities. During this phase, I can change everything without charging extra.

IMPORTANT: There are limits to revisions. If you request a change in concept multiple times, I may need to politely decline. I must respect my time and creative process.

Once the sketch is perfected and no further changes are required, we can proceed to the next phase. To begin this work, I require a small fee payment of 20-30% of the total price.
I allow myself 2-4 weeks to complete the artwork. This timeframe might seem long, but as a young artist without unlimited time, I believe that rushed artwork rarely turns out well.
This schedule also helps prevent burnout and gives me enough time to work without unnecessary stress.

NOTE: Once I'm in the middle of the rendering process, any MAJOR changes to the original concept (which was agreed upon at the end of the sketch phase) will incur additional charges—and these will be substantial. Nothing frustrates me more than having to revise multiple layers representing hours of detailed work.

I will keep you updated on the work's progress throughout this phase.
Once the work is completed, I will export the files and deliver them to you after I receive the remaining payment. For optimal image quality, I prefer sending the files via email or Discord.
Additionally, I may sometimes ask if I can publish the work on my social media, as I enjoy sharing and taking pride in my best pieces.

Of course, I'm willing to find alternative solutions when necessary, but I don't accept payments in cryptocurrency or other unconventional methods.
